When an employee’s work capacity is reduced due to injury or illness, the employer’s statutory rehabilitation responsibility is triggered.
During this webinar, we will review the employer’s obligations regarding rehabilitation and work adaptation, as well as how these responsibilities are applied in practice. The webinar also includes an overview of the employee’s duty to actively contribute to their own return to work.
