Mingle on the theme of tech leadership

TechSverige and the West Swedish Chamber of Commerce invite you to a mingle where we together have the opportunity to listen to insightful conversations and discussions from a number of well-known people about the leadership of today and tomorrow. And about how tech companies in West Sweden can become the best in the country at opening doors for tech skills?

The tech sector has become an increasingly important part of society, a prerequisite for our economic development and for how we live our lives. This places high demands on the industry's leaders and that they take their responsibility for the continued sustainable development of Sweden.

But what does this mean in practice? How do today's tech leaders lead and how will tomorrow's talent want to be led?

Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige and Johan Trouvé, CEO of the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce, welcome you.  

Ellinor Bjennbacke, Deputy Director of TechSverige, will talk about the leadership manifesto that has been developed with the aim of establishing a common set of values and a concrete vision for the industry. Hélène Barnekow will then moderate a panel discussion with, among others, Jonus Bartholdson, CEO Pulsen, Annica Gilbertsson, CEO Hogia and Leyl Cumar, Tech Youth Leader. The conversation will focus on why a tech leadership manifesto is needed, the industry's opportunities and challenges, and how tech companies in West Sweden can become the best in the country at retaining and attracting tech skills.
