In Almega's advisory services, we talk to managers every day who raise employees who have not really understood the meaning of the duty of loyalty and the right to manage. We have therefore developed this course where we focus on the employee's rights and above all obligations and how you as an employer should act if these obligations are not respected.
Course description

- Dealing with cooperation problems and underperformance in the workplace.
- How you as a manager can and should manage work effectively within the framework of employment contracts.

The course offers a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, designed to allow you to immediately apply your new insights in your daily work.
