Welcome to Sweden's only industry and employer organization for all companies in the tech industry!

In addition to our industry activities - which provide direct access to a valuable network of industry colleagues and experts, and the opportunity to participate in our joint work with everything from the formulation of industry-wide challenges to advocacy activities - you get personalized employer service and negotiation support through Almega and the Employer Guide, and sign industry-adapted and flexible collective agreements.

Employer's Guide

Almega's online knowledge bank contains up-to-date information about your collective agreement(s), answers to questions about pensions, insurance, salaries, laws, work environment and other matters relating to your role as employer and manager, and templates, checklists and forms for download.

Industry-specific and flexible collective agreements

TechSverige signs collective agreements on wages and general employment conditions for IT and telecom companies.

Personal advice and negotiation support

Experienced negotiators and experts give you personal advice on labor law, work environment, salary, pension and insurance issues, and assist with negotiation assistance in local and central negotiations. As an industry and employer member, you can always contact Almega's advisors to get answers to your questions, by phone or email.

Courses and training

Almega offers general and customized courses and training in the areas of labor law, agreements, wages and work environment.

Basic principles of business ethics

The purpose of our Code of Business Ethics is to provide TechSverige members with guidelines on how to treat employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders in a lawful, fair and ethically acceptable manner. Basic Business Ethics Principles.

So what does it cost?

The cost of membership varies according to the size of your company and the number of employees. There is also a fee to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. This depends on whether you have more or fewer than 250 employees.

Once we receive your expression of interest, we will contact you to make sure you know everything you need to know about what membership entails. In most cases, we will also want to meet you in person to clarify any questions you may have.

You complete your application

Once we have been in contact, you complete your application and send it to us. You may need to add documents such as permits from authorities, registration certificates and documentation from the Swedish Tax Agency.

We confirm your membership and welcome you to join us!

Once we receive your formal application, we will review the information you provided and confirm your membership in TechSverige.
