In the employer business, as of January 1, 2025, we will be a team of ten dedicated and competent employees around Sweden, specializing in the tech industry's collective agreements and with expertise in labor law, collective agreements, negotiation, disputes, work environment and other issues that are particularly relevant to the industry, such as work permits, security clearance, cross-boarders, AI, etc.
Developed and modern employer service
Through our digital employer support, which uses generative AI, you as a member get quick answers to the most common questions, around the clock. We are also building up internal digital support to streamline advice and increase the availability of our negotiators and lawyers.
We guarantee that you, as a member company, will receive an accessible, sector-specific and qualified employer service from January 1, 2025.
As a member, both with and without a collective agreement, you take part in TechSverige's advocacy and opinion work.
Through us, you as a member have the opportunity to influence decisions that you as an individual company may find difficult to get a hearing for. Together, we achieve better conditions for the tech industry and for our member companies through well-founded proposals, proactivity and a well-developed network of contacts with politicians and decision-makers. At the same time, our cutting-edge expertise and responsiveness to your specific needs enable us to quickly understand, evaluate and act on external factors and trends that may have a major impact on our industry. During the year, we will, among other things, develop an employer policy agenda with the aim of influencing the formulation of legislation in the labor market area initiated nationally or by the EU.
