These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply to Internet projects involving the development of Internet services. The term “Internet project” also refers to the development of intranets, extranets, or other similar online services.
These General Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.
