Services, Special Terms and Conditions

These special conditions are intended to apply to service contracts together with the General Conditions for Services if the supplier and the customer so agree. In the event of any conflict between the General Conditions for Services and these Special Conditions, these Special Conditions shall prevail.

The contract relates to an assignment where the supplier will perform a Service for the customer. The Supplier is a consulting company that makes its collective competence and experience available to the Customer through the Supplier's employees who perform the Service. The Service is not a staffing assignment.
