Consultation response: Information disclosure service for companies (SOU 2015:33)

IT&Telecom companies have been given the opportunity to submit comments on "Information disclosure service for companies" (SOU 2015:33).
IT&Telekomföretagen has taken note of the report and the Swedish Industry and Commerce Regulatory Authority's (NNR) consultation response and supports NNR's views on the report.
The inquiry was originally tasked with presenting a proposal that would mean that information provided by companies to government authorities would, as a rule, only need to be provided once and to one place. The assignment included reporting on the legal and technical conditions for creating a system where data can be used by several authorities and lead to an exchange of information between the authorities. The proposals should take particular account of how this coordination can be organized and how a good and uniform description of the data requirements in a data requirements register can be maintained (Dir. 2012:35).
