A warm welcome as a member of TechSverige!

Welcome to TechSverige. When your membership starts, you are automatically affiliated to the collective agreement. But there are some things you need to do to get the most out of your membership and if you follow this guide, you are sure not to miss anything.

Take out compulsory insurance

The welcome letter you have received indicates your membership number. Now it is time to take out the compulsory collectively agreed insurance with Collectum and/or Fora.

This is done by the company itself, it is not automatic.

You can find a guide on how to take out insurance on Avtalat, which also offers free advice.

The activities of TechSweden

In order for us to be able to help you and your colleagues with business intelligence, it is good that you subscribe to our newsletters and follow TechSverige in our social media.

Employment law advice

As a member, you get support when it suits you. The Employer's Guide provides legal advice and information on collective agreements 24/7, as well as templates and checklists.

In case of an emergency, you can contact our employer hotline for help from our experts.

Influence, knowledge and networks

TechSverige's members are involved in everything from strategic business planning and problem formulation, to advocacy activities and anchoring of decisions and positions in industry-specific opinion formation.

Our Council activities aim both to ensure that our advocacy and opinion-forming work is well supported by our members, and to provide an arena for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

In addition to the Councils, we bring our members together in a number of different networks that focus on knowledge sharing.

We offer training to keep you up-to-date and help you develop your business. Our experts provide support on labor law, work environment and collective agreements. We can also customize training for your company.

TechSweden's standard contract

TechSweden's standard contracts are your key to smooth and secure business transactions. They are already reviewed, which saves time and does not require deep legal knowledge. You can quickly conclude contracts and customize them to your needs by adding or removing clauses. Using standard contracts is cost-effective compared to creating new ones from scratch, saving you money on legal advice. Our contracts provide clear guidelines and ensure consistency, making them professional and trustworthy. As a member, you get substantial discounts on standard contracts.

20 minutes of free legal advice

In case of questions regarding our standard contracts or disputes with customers, you as a member get twenty minutes of free telephone consultation with Erik Bergenstråhle, Cirio Advokatbyrå. If the "free" 20 minutes are not enough to solve the issue, but further advice is needed, you get a 10% discount. Contact standardavtal@techsverige.se.

Annual update of membership data

The membership fee is based on the previous year's payroll and consists of both a membership fee and a service fee.

In January each year, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise collects membership data via the Member Information portal. You then report the number of employees and total wages paid for the previous year.

It is the membership information that forms the basis for the invoicing of the membership fee, which takes place twice a year (April and October).

Remember to submit the information every year, to ensure that you have the correct membership fee. The company will receive an email from Svenskt Näringsliv when it is time.

Help with work permits?

TechSverige offers support for employees and candidates applying for work permits. In addition to the usual advice, TechSverige offers, through a partner, assistance in the work permit process. This extra service includes ensuring that the terms of employment meet the requirements of the law, obtaining a trade union opinion, drawing up the application and all necessary contact with the Migration Board and the trade union.
