Kammarkollegiet's proposal for a call-off request for environmentally best alternative in the framework agreement area PC and monitors 2008

IT&Telekomföretagens has reacted to Kammarkollegiet's proposal for environmental requirements in the framework agreement area PC and monitors from 2008. We consider these requirements to be in conflict with a number of the basic principles of the procurement directive. For this reason, a letter has been formulated and sent to Kammarkollegiet on November 8, 2011. We hope that our proposed changes will help to reduce, or completely eliminate, ambiguities and direct errors, and to avoid unnecessary administration for the parties involved.
