Low proportion of women in CEO positions

Earlier this week, Computer Sweden published an article stating that the IT industry is one of the industries with the lowest proportion of women in CEO positions. Only 7.6 percent of CEOs are women. This is simply not good enough.

The proportion of female middle managers in the IT industry is around 29%. That in itself is worrying.
