Have your say on upcoming EU cybersecurity rules

The European Commission plans to propose cybersecurity requirements for products (both hardware and software but also related services) through a European Cyber Resilience Act.

There is now an opportunity to comment on the drafting of the proposal as the Commission has launched a pre-legislative consultation. More information is available on the European Commission website:
