Checklist for gender equality in tech

The low proportion of women in technology-related leadership roles in tech is a problem TechSverige takes very seriously, and the goal is to achieve a proportion of at least 40% by 2030.

Checklist for different professional roles

As part of this, TechSverige is now launching a checklist consisting of a number of best practices for how different roles within the companies (CEO, HR, communication, etc.) should act to ensure that more women both stay and develop in tech. The list has been developed by a number of forward-thinking member companies in consultation with experts in the field.
