Attractive employer? - Unique offer for all member companies

In 2023, all member companies in TechSverige are offered free benchmarking and analysis of current working conditions based on the strategies of attractive and equal employer via the Key Performance Indicators Institute's Attractive Employer Index and Equality Index Jämix.

In 2023, a unique three-year collaboration between TechSverige and Nyckeltalsinstitutet will start with the aim of building a large, evidence-based database for the tech industry with strong benchmarks in salary, employment conditions, benefits, gender equality, development opportunities, growth in HR capital and sustainable workplaces.

For all member companies of TechSverige, this means the following opportunities:

  • Free license and login to the Key Indicators Institute database in 2023.
  • Free reporting of own data in 2023. Own results are presented in a web portal with analyses and cost forecasts as well as benchmarks against the tech industry, other industries and Swedish working life.
  • Free participation in the annual industry event containing the year's current results on labor market and benchmark in the tech industry.
  • Free digital participation in the Key Indicators Institute's annual awards seminar. This usually takes place in spring.


How does it work?
An invitation to participate is sent out with instructions and reporting documents from the Nyckeltalsinstitutet to all member companies' HR managers.

What is requested in the reporting is aggregated and de-identified HR data from the HR systems, such as number of employees, time worked, number of departures, etc.

The deadline for reporting is March 2023.
Results will be delivered end of April 2023.
Industry event with results presentation and industry analysis

The agreement extends over three years and all participation is free of charge for member companies in 2023. The following years 2024-2025, the member companies' participation is subsidized by TechSverige by 50%.

The Key Performance Indicator Portal®
A web-based database of Swedish working conditions gives you the opportunity to compare yourself with different industries, monitor your level compared to other employers and thus get a more adequate basis for decisions that provide the greatest business benefit. The number of users within your organization does not affect the level of the license fee. The Key Performance Indicator Portal® supports data-driven HR work and contributes to sustainable decisions as an employer.

The Attractive Employer Index AVI® showshow attractive the company is as an employer by describing working conditions from an employee perspective. Nyckeltalsinstitutet processes and presents 25 key figures in the areas of personnel structure, skills supply, and employee relations. Nine of the key figures are compiled into an index that gives an index value on an annual basis. The result can be used as a KPI in the management and monitoring of how good the working conditions are in the company and how these develop in the business. At present, the database includes over 355 companies and organizations that together have more than 655,000 employees' working conditions.

The JÄMIX® gender equality index shows how equal working conditions, development opportunities and work environment are offered in your organization. 21 key figures are processed and presented, nine of which are compiled into a gender equality index. The key figures support the data-driven HR work in being an attractive employer with an inclusive culture and leadership. And they are linked to the legal requirements on the employer in accordance with the Discrimination Act.
