- Our negotiations with SEKO have been constructive, even if many complex issues were accommodated within the framework of several weeks of negotiations. Together, we have taken responsibility and signed agreements within the framework agreed by the social partners. Says Einar Humlin, head of negotiations at TechSverige.
Both the wage and conditional agreement contain opportunities to create company-oriented and local solutions to important issues for companies and employees.
The agreements for the telecom industry affect more than 17,000 full-time employees in around 145 companies.
- The new collective agreement creates stable conditions so that member companies can continue to be competitive in the rapidly changing labor market and in the world around us, says Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige.
