TechSverige in the UHM Business Council

TechSverige participated last week in the first meeting of the newly formed Business Council of the Public Procurement Authority (UHM). The council is intended to provide a platform for sharing and dialoguing about different industries' experiences and insights to ultimately develop public business.

- It is very positive that the authority has taken this initiative and wants to have a close dialog with the industry. Sweden, like the rest of the world, is facing major societal challenges and new opportunities to meet them. It is of great importance that public actors take advantage of the industry's expertise and solutions. Good public business is not just about the actual procurement process, but also about creating and promoting a market and healthy competition, governance and management, dialogue and contractual relationships," says Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige. 

The Business Council will have regular meetings and focus on different areas.
