Every year, Nyckeltalsinstitutet presents the employers with the best working conditions in the country in terms of attractiveness and gender equality.
It has now been established which organizations deliver the best working conditions in a number of different industries.
In the tech sector, Hewlett Packard Enterprise takes home the award for most attractive employer. The award for best equal opportunities goes to Canon Svenska AB.

On April 25, Nyckeltalsinstitutet presented the country's most attractive, equal and health-promoting employers. The top list of employers with the best working conditions in their industry is now presented. The results have been generated from a unique database, with information on the actual working conditions of over 800,000 employees, from about 400 companies and organizations.

- Employees are an organization's most important resource, whatever the situation. Our survey, based on current working conditions and quantitative data, shows that good working conditions, a healthy work environment and equal development opportunities are crucial for success. Continuously analyzing working conditions is key to building strong and sustainable employee teams," says Tina Ekström, CEO of Nyckeltalsinstitutet.

About the mapping

The results are based on statistics collected in 2024, where more than 800,000 employees' current working conditions from around 400 companies and organizations were mapped. The listed organizations have achieved the highest results in their industry in each index.

The Attractive Employer Index category is based on factors such as permanent employment, equal managerial career, team size, skills development and sick leave.

The Jämix gender equality index is based on factors such as equal working conditions for men and women, pay structures, management team, parenting, full-time and permanent employment.
