TechSverige invites you to a mingle where we get the opportunity to listen to insightful conversations and discussions from a number of well-known people about current and future leadership.
The tech sector has become an increasingly important part of society, a prerequisite for our economic development and for how we live our lives. This places high demands on the industry's leaders and that they take their responsibility for the continued sustainable development of Sweden.
But what does this mean in practice? How do today's tech leaders lead and how will tomorrow's talent want to be led?

18.00- ca 18.40 Program from the stage:
Ellinor Bjennbacke, Deputy Director of TechSverige, will talk about the leadership manifesto that the association has developed, the aim of which is to establish a common set of values and a concrete vision for the industry. This will be followed by a moderation by Hélène Barnekow a panel discussion with Vahid Zohali, CEO IBM Sweden, Åse Holmberg, CEO Sentor, Binette Seck, co-founder of Changers Tech and Adonai Tedla, Business Development Pleo and former student Changers Tech. The conversation is about why there is a need for a tech leadership manifesto and what the industry's opportunities and challenges look like.
