The 2025 collective bargaining round was an extensive process that affected large parts of the Swedish labor market. A total of around 500 collective agreements were renegotiated, affecting approximately 3.4 million employees. For TechSweden, the focus was on agreements that are particularly important for the IT, telecom, and tech sectors, where we worked to create modern and competitive working conditions.
During the spring of 2025, renegotiations were underway for a number of collective agreements covering various occupational groups in the tech sector.
