The 2025 round of collective bargaining is an extensive process that affects large parts of the Swedish labor market. In total, around 500 collective agreements are being renegotiated, affecting around 3.4 million employees. For TechSverige, the focus is on the agreements that are particularly important for the IT, telecom and tech sector, where we work to create modern and competitive working conditions.
