This Annex is used in conjunction with the Specific Rules for the Processing of Personal Data. When concluding the agreement, it must be ensured that the Annex "Specification of the processing of personal data in relation to services other than Cloud Services and IT Infrastructure Services (other services)" is correctly completed.

The special provisions for the processing of personal data are intended to be used in conjunction with TechSweden's general provisions, they will replace the general provisions on the processing of personal data when the General Data Protection Regulation becomes applicable on 25 May 2018 . In the annex, the parties must provide the customer's written instructions for the processing in question. The annex must therefore contain information on, inter alia, the subject matter of the processing, the duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data and the categories of data subjects about whom the supplier will process personal data.

As the GDPR places responsibility on both parties, not just the customer, to ensure that personal data is subject to appropriate security measures, the parties should clarify in the Annex what organizational and technical security measures are necessary to protect the personal data to be processed.

The annex should also contain information on which subcontractors, so-called sub-processors, the supplier may use with the customer's explicit consent for the processing of personal data during the contract period. If the supplier uses sub-processors, the supplier must enter into a written sub-processor agreement with each sub-processor. The sub-processor agreement shall reflect the terms of the Data Processing Agreement.

Printed standard contracts are purchased via print on demand: All our standard contracts are printed when the customer makes a purchase of printed standard contracts, so-called print on demand. When purchasing print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when the production of the product has begun, which means that the purchase of printed standard contracts is binding.
