Welfare Technology and Services, General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply to agreements where the parties enter into an agreement on the Supplier's ongoing provision of welfare services, where applicable based on implemented welfare technology.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.
