24 IT and telecom companies develop women in leadership positions in Womentor 7.0

Gender equality Skills supply Womentor

24 IT and telecom companies are participating with 64 mentees and mentors in the seventh round of the Womentor leadership development and mentoring program. Since 2006, more than 50 companies and nearly 300 leaders have participated in the program, with the aim of developing their leaders in the long term and strengthening the competitiveness of the companies and the industry.

The seventh round of the program, which starts today, Thursday 24 January, consists of six training days and ongoing monthly mentoring sessions. The program will end in February 2014.
