Welcome asylum seekers through #Welcometalent!

Today, LinkedIn's #Welcometalent initiative was launched, which aims to match asylum seekers in need of jobs with companies in need of skills. IT&Telekomföretagen are partners in the initiative, as one of several steps in our work to make it easier for asylum seekers with an IT background to enter our industry, whose perhaps greatest challenge is to solve the skills shortage in Swedish IT and telecom companies. On the first day of #Welcometalents, these member companies have already registered to take on trainees. We hope they will soon be many more!
