Debate: compensate companies 100% for skills development

The coronavirus pandemic means that 2020 will be an extremely tough year for many companies in the services sector as demand plummets and workplaces are emptied of employees. Therefore, comprehensive support packages are needed to prevent widespread bankruptcies and redundancies.
