Consultation response to A modernized labor law (SOU 2020:30)
IT&Telekomföretagen agrees with the views expressed in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's consultation response to the report, but would also like to raise some issues of particular concern to the association's members in connection with the consultation proposal.
Many of the proposals in the report would have positive effects and lead to a better functioning labor market. However, the report also makes proposals that would counteract this and lead to negative consequences for our member companies' opportunities to grow and create jobs.
IT&Telecom companies would like to state that the positive effects of the report's proposals outweigh the negative ones. The proposals should therefore be implemented.
