Usify - design thinking, future of care and industrial transformation
How can we integrate the SDGs into our business? That's the question we've been tackling at Usify, both on our own and with clients. Our Global Jam is an intensive, educational and playful 1.5 to 2-day workshop where participants explore their own business and operations in light of the SDGs. They identify key areas and develop initial ideas and prototypes for solutions on how to concretely go about developing a sustainable business.

The future of care is person-centered, local and digital
A major transformation of health, health and social care is underway in Sweden to meet the demographic challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization. This transition affects the activities of health and care providers, from the overall strategic level to the individual contacts between patients and care providers. Within the framework agreement on design services that Region Östergötland signed with Usify, we have, among other things, supported the strategy work for Close Care. We have also conducted needs analyses and process mapping as part of the introduction of systems and working methods for home monitoring.
Complex industrial transformation becomes tangible
When LKAB, together with ABB, Epiroc, Combitech and Volvo, started work on a new world standard for fossil-free, digitized and automated mining at great depths, they used design thinking in the form of Usify's strategic dialogue method to develop a common story about the vision and roadmap. With the support of simple visual metaphors, a common overview and detailed understanding were created. In strategic dialogue, we combine structured, co-creative and participatory workshops with a visual dialogue map for consensus, participation and anchoring.
