Work on rolling out Almega's new graphic profile began on December 2. For IT&Telekomföretagen, this meant that techsverige.se was given a new look, our logo was replaced and the blue color was replaced with a green color that all Almega's unions now use.
On the same date, IT&Telekomföretagen within Almega signed new collective agreements for telecom companies with the trade unions Akavia, Ledarna, SEKO, Sveriges Ingenjörer and Unionen. The new agreements extend over 29 months and the total cost framework of 5.4 percent includes both wage increases and increased pension provisions. The last meeting of the telecom sector for the year took place on December 7, focusing on VP21.

On December 17, the IT skills shortage - a report on the Swedish tech sector's need for cutting-edge skills was presented. The report is IT&Telekomföretagen's fourth survey of the skills shortage in the digital sector, and was released in connection with a live webinar.
