Skills shortage makes it difficult to fill tech jobs

The demand for tech workers is high internationally and competition for talent is fierce. In Portugal and the Netherlands, as many as 50-60% of tech jobs are difficult to fill. In Sweden, the figure is 40%. The fact that a high proportion of tech jobs are difficult to fill reflects the skills shortage that exists throughout the sector globally.
