Strong need for technical specialists

A business survey that shows a great need for digital excellence is the Swedish software producers' industry organization Swedsoft's report The programmable economy.

The report explains the growing skills needs by the fact that the proportion of companies that say they will need software developers is increasing, and by far the most sought-after skill among these companies is the staff category of technical specialists. As many as 56% of companies see this as their greatest skills need over the next five years.
