"We want to have a close dialog with our member companies"
With full control of tech companies' specific conditions, Lisa Eriksson works to ensure that TechSverige's collective agreements continue to be at the forefront when it comes to conditions and wage agreements in the labor market. Lisa currently supports many of TechSverige's member companies and will have the role of deputy head of negotiations in the new employer activities that TechSverige is now building up.
- We want to have a close dialog with our member companies and of course continue to support their employment law challenges on a daily basis. That is both the most important and the most fun part of my job," says Lisa Eriksson.
As part of TechSverige's dedicated team, she looks forward to continuing to develop advice, employer guides and materials according to the needs of member companies.
- As Deputy Chief Negotiator, I am particularly looking forward to the bargaining round next year, when we will have the opportunity to discuss our proposals for improving collective agreements with our trade union counterparts.
In 2024, TechSverige will continue to strengthen the negotiating team to deliver an even more tailored service to its members. Lisa Eriksson describes the tech industry as knowledge-intensive and fast-growing.
- Many of our member companies also operate in a global context and compete for highly skilled labor in an international market with skills shortages. This places high demands on our member companies and thus also on us as advisors.
Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige, is very pleased that Lisa Eriksson is on board as an independent TechSverige builds up its employer activities.
- "I know that she is very much appreciated by our member companies," says Åsa Zetterberg.
