Womentor 2018 is underway
The 12th edition of Womentor, a mentoring and change management program, is now underway to help companies systematically increase the number of women in leadership positions. Ultimately, it is about increasing the ability of the entire industry to attract and retain the best talent, both men and women.
New this year - the JÄMIX® gender equality index
What many companies are looking for are concrete tools for working in a structured way with target management and follow-up of gender equality and inclusion, and this is also the main success factor for those who succeed in implementing change. Many also ask for benchmarking tools: to be able to compare themselves and their progress both with others in the industry and with the business community at large.
To meet these needs, the Gender Equality Index JÄMIX is included in Womentor from 2018. By collaborating with an experienced actor who has an established method for measuring, targeting and indexing gender equality and diversity work to the program, we hope to provide even more value to participating companies. During the introduction, all participating companies received their index, as a basis for further work during the year.
