Agero becomes host company for Womentor

- Compared to many other companies in Womentor, we are a smaller company. This gives us different perspectives and approaches that we would like to contribute to the program. We also think it's an honor to be the host company for a program like Womentor, so when the question came up, the answer was obvious to us," says Agero's CEO Patrik Frisk.
What do you think Womentor has done well so far?
- Womentor brings the issue of gender equality into focus, which is needed and good. Data shows that companies that engage in the issue, for example by joining Womentor, have come a little further than companies that are not involved. Besides that, Womentor is a great and inspiring leadership program and an opportunity for the mentees to build a fantastic network.
Do you have any ideas on how Womentor could be developed?
- In general, I think we should talk more about what we should do to become equal companies. This instead of talking about why it is important because it should be history now.
How does Agero work for gender equality in the industry, apart from its involvement in Womentor?
- Womentor is a big and important part of our commitment to gender equality in the industry. We are constantly trying to work on becoming more gender equal in our organization in order to set an example. We believe that there is great power for change in setting a good example.
